About Control the Meeting

Meeting Card Battle is a short strategy card game where you take the role of a meeting facilitator and try to guide a difficult meeting toward a final decision. Each meeting includes participants with different personalities. Some talk too much, some go off topic, some object to everything, some stay silent, some demand evidence, and some want decisions as quickly as possible. Each turn, you choose one card from your hand. Cards include actions such as summarizing the discussion, asking a question, using a whiteboard, hearing concerns, taking a vote, or making a decision. However, card effects are not always predictable. Participants react based on their personalities. A card may move the meeting forward, but it may also increase confusion, reduce satisfaction, or cost valuable time. Your goal is to reach a decision before the meeting falls apart. You win if the decision goal is reached while satisfaction and confusion stay under control. You lose if satisfaction reaches zero, confusion becomes too high, or time runs out. Cards are divided into three groups: Organize, Dialogue, and Force. Repeating the same type of card too often can worsen the meeting atmosphere. To win, you need to read the room, choose the right card, and balance progress with satisfaction. Difficulty levels change the number of participants and how many people react each turn. Lower difficulties are easier to manage, while higher difficulties create more unpredictable and chaotic meetings. The rule
